A warranty is a statement made by a Contractor that is designed to provide protection against defects in design, workmanship, and equipment during an agreed period. A Contractor will be required for exemple to provide Warranty that Engineering, materials and workmanship used in the Design and Construction of the project satisfy agreed-upon standards, snd when they do not the Contractor shall repair or replace the defective part of the work within a negotiated period.
